The Impact of Trust-Based Philanthropy

Trust-based philanthropy is geared towards achieving results.  There is a misperception that trust-based philanthropy is not concerned with impact. In fact, it relies on the premise that philanthropy will be more impactful if we shift to operating in this relational, power-conscious way.


Note: Many of these impacts and outcomes can be assessed within trust-based philanthropy’s three-pronged approach to learning and evaluation, which includes learning for accountability, learning for decision-making, and learning for long-term impact.
