Trust-Based Philanthropy + Corporate Social Responsibility

This event is part of the 2021 B:CIVIC Summit, which will take place virtually on October 27, 2021. Registration required.

Through a candid conversation with John Brothers, President of the T. Rowe Price Foundation, this session will illuminate the compatibility of trust-based philanthropy and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). While the journey of trust-based philanthropy can be at times uncomfortable, this approach is essential to advancing social impact. Why? Because in addition to offering more space and flexibility for nonprofits to focus their time and resources where they are most needed, it also helps funders learn more deeply about the efforts that they support. Join us for a discussion about the how and the why of trust-based philanthropy, along with the story of how T. Rowe Price Foundation has embedded these values and practices to advance impact in the communities it serves.
