The multiple modern-day crises we’ve experienced have prompted many in our nonprofit sector to engage in new collaborations and deepen partnerships that can advance our collective impact in community. But what does it take for philanthropy and nonprofits to create conditions of trust within these collaborative efforts? Leaders from Hub ONE, a grantee-led collaboration initiative, and the Stryker Johnston Foundation will share their experiences working in partnership to serve the community through a trust-based approach. Speakers offer actionable strategies and critical insights on cultivating and maintaining a trust-based ecosystem, including how to navigate power dynamics and potentially difficult conversations, and how trust-based philanthropy has contributed to Hub ONE’s ability to overcome the challenges of COVID-19 and work alongside the Stryker Johnston Foundation.
