Webinar: Lessons in Trust-Based Leadership

What are the leadership traits that foster trust, dialogue, and authentic relationship? And why are these essential ingredients to advancing our work in the nonprofit sector? Join Leadership Learning Community and the Trust-Based Philanthropy Project as we investigate the inherent power dynamics that exist in the nonprofit sector, and ways we can be more intentional in navigating them through self-awareness, humility, vulnerability, and transparency. We'll hear directly from the founders of the Trust-Based Philanthropy Project as they discuss the principles of a trust-based approach, and what it looks like to lead in a spirit of service. We'll also reserve time for participants to break out into small virtual groups to explore these themes in the context of their own work.

This webinar is free and open to all. Click here to register.
